Kansas City Gymnastics Class
Policies:
o
A minimum of 4 students is
required for all classes. Rates are for one class per
week unless otherwise stated. .
o
Make-ups: Students can make-up
two classes per month. Make-ups should
be done the month the student misses the class.
§ If you miss the last week of the month you may make-up the first week
of the next month.
§ You must call ahead to schedulea make-up
class.
§ There is no pro-rating for missed classes.
§ Tuition covers classes for the
month regardless of the number.
o
Discontinuation of
classes: A two week notice is required or you will be charged for next months’
tuition.
o
Registration fee: $35.00 for each
student. Third family member is
free. Tiny Tots and Preschool
registration is $20.00
o
Family discounts: $3.00 off each
additional family members’ tuition.
o
Discounts & Late
charges: If tuition is received before the first of the month you will receive
$3.00 off as an early bird discount.
